Renovation of a mixed-use development in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of March 18th, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Sealed bids will be received by the Upper Arlington Public Library as provided in this notice for the Lower Level Office Renovation Project. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. The Project is the Lower Level Office Renovation Project ("the Project"). The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the office reconfigurations located in the lower level of the Upper Arlington Public Library's Main Branch, which may include adding walls to create private meeting rooms and offices, adding electrical infrastructure to support spaces, and reducing ambient noise, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional Questions may be directed to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available by contacting Kevin Kindy at kkindy@triadarchitects.com. Other than the pre-bid meeting, Bidders may visit the site by contacting Greg Ramage, Director of Support Services, at gramage@ualibrary.com to set an appointment. Scope of work includes the installation of all motor-operated control dampers, including those that may be furnished by the Temperature Control Contractor.
