The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise required to perform new landscape installation located at Northam Park. The City of Upper Arlington encourages all businesses, including minority and women-owned businesses to respond. Work on boulder and installation of evergreens (11 Techny Arborvitae) must be completed by December 31, 2023. Work to install all other shrubs and perennials may be done in spring of 2024. Work must be completed by May 31, 2024. Question Cutoff Date: 10/25/2023 08:00 AM (ET) To provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise required to perform new landscape installation located in theCity of Upper Arlington, Ohio asspecified herein. Since the work requires specialized expertise, it must be performed by a company which derives the majority of its annual income from landscape work, and whose employees are highly trained and skilled in all phases of landscaping including plant ID. Work performance history and references may be required bythe City.
