Mainly, the work consists of repairing the sports locker rooms. The work is scheduled to take place from June 28, 2021 to August 13, 2021. Clarification on the work schedule: - The contractor can request an exemption from the CCQ in order to be able to work during the construction holidays. Failure to comply with this request, the contractor must assume the costs of accelerating the work to meet the schedule. - August 20, 2021, provisional acceptance and submission of end-of-work documents. (TQC, maintenance manuals, warranty letters, ETC.)
