Reference number : 1449869 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-03-02 Electronic submission accepted: No Modernization of various interior components of housing 7235 avenue Paul-Comptois, Quebec Companies having their head office in Quebec as well as any other company which respects the agreements of liberalization of the public markets established by the government of Quebec are authorized to present bids. Quebec companies must have a license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, in accordance with the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1), covering the required work. This license must be valid at the time of submission of the submission. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted, valid for a period of sixty (60) days and made payable to or in favor of the Municipal Office of Housing of Quebec (OMHQ). Bidders will be responsible for the choice of subcontractors both for their solvency and for the content of their bid and will have to ensure that they hold the required licenses and permits. The OMHQ does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received.
