The project consists of two schedules. Schedule One includes removal of a 20" cone valve & installation of a new 30" ball valve & appurtenances including a new vault & 30 LF of 30" steel pipe. Schedule Two includes placing a 48" butterfly valve in an existing vault at the LFS Water Treatment Plant. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed under the terms of Act 150 of the 1965 Acts of the Arkansas Legislature, including subsequent amendments, and considered by the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board to be classified as a General Contractor for the classification required to perform the work identified as part of the project.
