Construction of two 500,000-gallon steel welded recycled water tanks and site development, including earthwork, piping, electrical, SCADA improvements and appurtenances. This project is located in the City of Santa Clarita, CA. and generally consists of the construction of two recycled water tanks to store tertiary-treated recycled water from the Vista Canyon Water Factory. The work includes, but is not limited to site grading, installation of two 55-ft diameter welded steel tanks with stairs and an access bridge between the two tanks, site lighting for the tanks, AGENCY electrical equipment and Southern California Edison equipment, replacement of existing SCADA panel, approximately 160 linear feet of 12-inch recycled water, 130 linear feet of 12-inch potable water and 460 linear feet of 12-inch storm drain piping that connect to existing utilities within the existing access road, flexible expansion joints connecting to the tanks, seismically controlled inlet/outlet valves, air valves, sampling taps, valves, and all other necessary appurtenances; and all associated work ("Work") as indicated in the Contract Documents.
