The trail entrance is 450 feet northeast of Espuella Drive and follows the existing maintenance access road to Central Park. The proposed trail will continue through the park and conclude at Bouquet Canyon Road, adjacent to the west driveway entrance of the park. The alternate trail section commences at the west driveway entrance and exits onto Bouquet Canyon Road by the main park entrance. The total length of both trail sections is approximately 0.8 miles.
