Installation of (3) three pre-engineered ramps/landings as shown in the project documents and as required for a complete and operational project. Work to be performed during normal business hours (contingent on Distance Learning), and after normal school hours and on weekends when/if school resumes to in-person learning. The District has established a liquidated damage rate of $1,000.00 per calendar day for each and every calendar day that the work remains fully uncompleted or unaccepted by the District Each Bid must be accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: (1) cash; (2) a cashier's check made payable to the District; (3) a certified check made payable to the District; or (4) a bidder's bond executed by a California admitted surety as defined in Code of Civil Procedure section 995.120, made payable to the District in the form set forth in the Bid Documents.
