Site work and paving for a civil project in Texas City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The City of Texas City is requesting bids for the Texas Avenue Drainage Improvements Project. The Texas Avenue Drainage Improvements Project is funded through a grant with the Texas General Land Office (GLO Contract No. 20-065-083-C236). The project involves construction of approximately 3,000 LF of storm sewer ranging from 24" RCP to 5'x5' RCB storm sewer pipe on Texas Avenue from 5th Street to Bay Street. This project also includes regrading of an earthen ditch and approximately 3,000 SY of asphalt pavement replacement including all labor, tools, and equipment required to perform the work. The City anticipates awarding the contract in February 2021 and issuing a Notice to Proceed in March 2021
