NOTICE TO VENDORS: College of the Mainland is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal: RFCSP 22-04 Math-Science Abatement and Demolition Services This project includes scope for the safe abatement of hazardous materials from the existing COM MathScience Building per OSHA and all federal, state, and local regulation requirements in accordance with the hazardous materials report, to be followed by the full demolition of the existing building, in accordance with Construction Documents. Scope also includes the removal and preservation of lab and building support equipment for reuse by the College of the Mainland on future projects. Description of equipment to be preserved is also included in the Construction Documents. Contractor shall be responsible for all permits and fees associated with their scope of work, including city permits and state notifications. Location- Address: 1200 N. Amburn Texas City, TX. 77591 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: This is a complete abatement and demolition of the existing Math Science Building. Existing equipment and furniture to be salvaged and returned to Owner for future. Demolition includes site canopies, sidewalk and remediation grading.
