Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Texas City, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
As of 2022 this project is confirmed to be under construction. A construction manager has been selected. Construction documents are 50% complete for this project. This project is going through budget pricing due on July 13th, 2021. New 2-story 240,00 sf Junior High School consisting of 6th, 7th and 8th grade classrooms, labs, dining commons, 700-seat auditorium, competition gymnasium, auxiliary gymnasium and all support spaces located on a 36-acre site consisting of competition football/multi-purpose field, multi-purpose practice field, two tennis courts, covered basketball court, uncovered court and two baseball/softball fields. NOTE: This project is conceptually similar to Dickinson ISD Kranz Junior High School and a copy of the drawings is available in the Documents folder.
