BID SUBMISSIONS Sherbrooke University will be open only on the day of the deadline for receipt of bids, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Electronic submissions not accepted. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-01-30 CONDITIONS Only bidders who meet the following will be considered: must have an establishment in Quebec in which they operate permanently, clearly identified with company name and accessible during normal business hours or, where an Intergovernmental Agreement is applicable, are allowed in Quebec or in a province or territory covered for this agreement and holding the required building permit (RLRQ, Chapter B-1.1). Submission requires authorization to contract / certificate from Revenu Quebec. GUARANTEE Bid bond 10%. Performance bond and materials and services of 50% each required with submission. Only contractors who have an establishment in Quebec where they carry out their activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with their name and accessible during normal office hours or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province, are eligible to tender. or territory covered for this agreement. In addition, only bids from contractors holding the license required under the Building Act (R.S.Q. c. B-1.1) will be considered for the purposes of the call for tenders process. The bidding contractors are responsible for choosing the subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bids.
