(hereinafter "the Agency") is requesting bids for Snow removal from parking lots Winter season 2025-2026 Sector Le Parallèle (East, West) The contract is for a duration of one (1) year from its awarding by the competent authority with the option to renew for one (1) year up to a maximum of two (2) renewals. To avail itself of the renewal option, the Board will issue a written notice of its intention to renew at least 30 days prior to the end of the current period. This notice must be sent by registered mail.The amount is payable in five (5) equal installments. The first payment will be made on December 15th and the first of each month thereafter until June 1st.In the event of contract renewal, the contract price for the following season may be increased according to the rate issued by the SHQ for budget indexation. The authorized rate for the following year will be sent to the organizations on or before October 31 and will be sent to the contractor in the registered letter for contract renewal adjudication. The amount will be payable in five (5) equal installments. The first payment shall be made on 15 December of the year of renewal and the first of each month thereafter until 1 June following the renewal.
