The project therefore involves replacing the membranes with a similar covering to the existing one, with a few technical improvements. A modification to the air vents is planned to improve air circulation in the ventilated attic, and a gargoyle-type drain will also be added to the roof. The latter will act as an overflow, allowing the drainage system to eliminate the possibility of backflow into the storm sewer system during heavy rainfall. Tender Guarantee: A tender guarantee corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender Guarantee of performance: A guarantee of performance and a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for pledges, materials and services equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount each.
