Renovation of an educational facility in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 19, 2023, construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for completion has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Stair tread replacement with ceramic tiling, restroom improvements including floor and wall tiling, painting, and partitions, carpet flooring in hallways, carpet flooring in classrooms and painting throughout a number of areas at both school facilities Construction of a Protection Canopy over main bleacher and installation of additional protection netting behind fan support areas. The sites of the work are located at the Longfellow Elementary School, 2003 5th Avenue and Roosevelt Elementary School, 1306 9th Avenue, Scottsbluff Nebraska. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received substantially complete the Work by August 1, 2022. Final Completion shall be by August 10, 2022. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
