Project Description: Paving of Conant High School, Jaffrey-Rindge Middle School, Jaffrey Grade School, and Rindge Memorial School Parking Lots All bids are governmental records under the Right-to-Know Law. The Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School District will not accept bids marked confidential in whole or in part No bid will be accepted from, nor will any contract be awarded to any person who is in arrears to the JRCSD, upon any debt or contract, or who is a defaulter, as surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the JRCSD, or who is deemed irresponsible or unreliable by the JRCSD. As part of the bid evaluation process, the JRCSD may conduct a background investigation. Bidder's submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment of the process and consent to such investigation. The JRCSD shall be the sole judge in determining Bidder's qualifications Bid award will be made at a meeting of the Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School Board. All awards of bids are subject to appropriation. Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School District reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, to accept any bid even though it may not be the lowest bid, to call for submission of new bids, to negotiate with any company and/or individual submitting a bid, and to enter into an agreement with the bidder whom the Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School District, in its sole and absolute judgment determines is in the best interests of the Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School District even though the bidder may not have submitted the lowest bid. The Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School District is not responsible for the bidders' costs in preparing the bids.
