The Premiers-Seigneuries School Services Center wishes to retain the services of a construction contractor for the repair of the washrooms at its school in Ile d'Orléans (Saint-Pierre) located at 1300 Chemin Royal, Quebec ( Quebec) G0A 4E0. Mainly, the work consists of repairing the washrooms. The work is scheduled to take place from June 28, 2021 to August 13, 2021. Work schedule: Clarification on the work schedule: - The contractor can request an exemption from the CCQ in order to be able to work during the construction holidays. Failure to comply with this request, the contractor must assume the costs of accelerating the work to meet the schedule. - On August 20, 2021, provisional acceptance and submission of end-of-work documents (TQC, maintenance manuals, letters of guarantee, ETC.) Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
