Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of December 17, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for awarded not yet been established. St. Louis County Project No. AR-1683, Federal Project No. STP-5561(609) consists of removal and replacement of deteriorated and/or damaged pavement, pavement surfacing and texturing; superpave asphaltic concrete overlay, removal and replacement of sidewalk curb ramps, replacement of guardrail, installation of traffic signal equipment, and other incidental items on Ballas Road from Dougherty Ferry Road to Manchester Road. The successful Bidder or Bidders shall be required to comply with the most current applicable Federal (Davis-Bacon Act) and State statutory provisions concerning the payment of prevailing wages on public works, Section 290.210 through 290.340 R.S. Mo. 1959, as amended. All contractors must be on the Missouri Department of Transportation's approved contractor listing, seven (7) days prior to bid opening. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on November 10, 2021 via e-mail to the Project Manager Daniel Fauke, P.E. Dfauke@stlouiscountymo.gov. The right is reserved by the St. Louis County to reject any or all bids. The DBE Goal for this project is 16%
