Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of 3/16/2021, this project is sent out for rebid. The Project consists of constructing the expansion of plant capacity from 0.6 to 1.5 million gallons per day (MGD) in three phases while keeping the existing plant completely operational during construction activities. The project will be funded by USDA-Rural Development. Furnish all products and perform all labor and furnishing equipment to install and erect those products and that equipment, for the construction of the Freeport 1.5 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion as shown and specified including all piping, valving, electrical, electrical buildings, concrete work, and all other work shown or specified. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in bids received and to reject any and all bids and to award the contract where it appears to be in the best interest of the Owner.
