Talbot Hill Elementary School: Demolish select existing water source heat pumps and provide new. Demolish existing condenser water central plant boilers and primary/secondary pumps. Provide new high efficiency natural gas boilers selected under Alternates 4A/4B and variable primary pumping system. Tiffany Park Elementary School: Demolish all existing water source heat pumps and provide new. Alternate 1 Scope: Demolish existing domestic hot water heaters and appurtenances and provide new at Tiffany Park Elementary School. Certified check, bank cashiers check, or bid bond is required with each Bid, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project.
