Renovation of a fire / police facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment, permits, insurance, overhead, transportation, and all the incidentals required to remove and replace the existing emergency power system, including a 125 KW Kohler diesel-powered emergency generator,4,500 L underground diesel fuel storage tank, fuel apron, and oil interceptor including but not limited to works related to mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, insulating, fire stopping commissioning and all work as specified and indicated on drawings and specifications.
