The ITB is designed to solicit bids from qualified Vendors who will be responsible for providing Washed 3/8 Inch Crushed Rock Chips at a competitive and reasonable cost. Terms and Conditions, Project Description and Scope of Work, bid instructions, and Cost Bid Requirements may be found in Sections II through VI. The term of the contract will be one (1 ) year commencing upon execution of the contract by the State and the Contractor. The Contract includes the option to renew for two (2) additional three (3) month periods upon mutual agreement of the Parties. The State reserves the right to extend the period of this contract beyond the termination date when mutually agreeable to the Parties.
