The work includes the complete demolition and removal of the existing masonry smokestack located adjacent to the existing Physical Plant Building. The smokestack is approximately 143 feet in height and 16 feet in diameter at the base. Approximately 4 feet of pigeon droppings are present at the base of the stack. Location Considerations: The smokestack is located adjacent to two existing buildings. Extreme care must be taken to protect these structures during all phases of work.
