As of December 04, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The base bid scope of work includes replacing the air-cooled chiller, chilled water system equipment, piping, and components, and installing a new BMCS to serve the chilled water system. The project also includes alternate bids for variations on the new chiller as well as to add a new AHU-2, replace cooling coils, modify AHU-1 and FCU-1, and to replace the BMCS for the entire building. furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: State of Nebraska Corrections Staff Training Academy Chiller Replacement. Doc note: A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $150.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
