Construction of access roads, site controls and access points; 7. Temporary traffic control and maintenance, temporary waterway traffic control and maintenance, and temporary railroad work plan and track protection; 8. Demolition, removal and disposal of abandoned utilities and all other appurtenances on the bridge; Shimmick Construction has a required certification form that subs must turn in with their bid. 9.
