Renovation of a water / sewer project in Kansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Daikin-Taycon was awarded the project in the amount of $145,890. Anticipated start date is 4/19/21. The Work generally described is the HVAC Controls Upgrade to the devices at the Wolcott Water Treatment Plant that includes the replacement of four networked controllers, 14 I/O device controllers, replacement of associated incompatible field devices, programming of the controllers & associated graphics, updated electrical drawings, the addition of HVAC & Room monitoring for the Electrical Switchgear Building, and the addition of a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) unit to the Conference Room (Room 217). Additionally, the work is to include the electrical, mechanical, and construction needed to accommodate the new VRF unit and its associated devices. Completion Date: 07/09/2021
