This a new Fire Station Project that is a prototype fire station that is approximately 9,500 sq. ft. Currently, the same prototype is under construction on the North side of Newton County. This project consists of grading, storm drainage, curb and gutter, paving, concrete walks, wood framed walls and trusses , cmu exterior/interior walls, brick veneer, concrete slabs on grade, asphalt roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, finish hardware, aluminum storefront and glazing, drywall, carpet, lvt, tile, drywall ceilings, cementitious siding, painting, casework, plumbing, fire protection, hvac, fire alarm replacement, and electrical.
