The City of Covington (City) is seeking Qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing design-build services for a project known as the Design-Build Construction Services for an Administrative and Operations Building for the Covington Water-Sewer Department (the Project). The building will be located at 1021 Williams Street, Covington, GA. The Project is described as a 30 x 30 addition to the Citys existing 30 x 5 Storage Building at the property. The City intends to engage a Design-Build Contractor through this RFP for the required services. Any inquiries, regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM local time on January 10, 2025 to: Robert Barber at rbarber@cityofcovington.org.
