This letter extends an invitation by the City of Charlotte ("City"), the owner and operator of the Charlotte Douglas International Airport ("Airport" or "CLT"), for the submission of a Proposal to supply the Airport with the non-federally funded services required to install and commission Passenger Boarding Bridges, Ground Support Equipment and Spare Parts (the "Project"). Interested firms, or multiple firms comprising a project team as a joint venture, whose combination of experience and personnel, in addition to lowest cost, will enable it to provide effective, professional and timely services to the Airport for this Project are encouraged to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
