Construction of the FY2018 CDBG-I Wastewater System Improvements project. After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract. The Project consists of the following major items: Remove and replace 3,950 LF of 8" gravity sewer Remove and replace 890 LF of 12" gravity sewer Remove and replace 22 manholes Install three (3) new manholes Rehabilitate 2,250 LF of 8" gravity sewer with CIPP Rehabilitate 1,240 LF of 12" gravity sewer with CIPP Replace 119 sewer services Miscellaneous appurtenances, erosion control, sidewalk repair, curb and gutter repair, asphalt replacement, and driveway repair.
