Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Aulander, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and per-forming all work required to satisfactorily complete the 6-Unit T-Hangar, Taxilane, and Waterline project. Items of work include excavation, borrow, site work, storm drain structure and pipe installation, aggregate base course placement, bituminous surface course paving, pavement marking, concrete pavement, extension of existing waterline, hangar slab and foundation, hangar erection, associated hangar electrical installation, and erosion control measures. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, a deposit of cash or by a certified check payable to Tri-County Airport Author-ty, and drawn on some bank or trust com-bany authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina, for an amount equal to 5% of the total base bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the required Contract will be executed and the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond furnished within fifteen (15) days after receipt of written notice of formal award of Contract. Tri-County Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
