Renovation of a multi-residential development in Fairmont, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25-unit multi-residential development.
Bathroom Renovations for approximately 25 apartments. CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM NC 47-50124 and NC 47-50125 o Remove and replace all existing plumbing fixtures, faucet controls, shut-off valves and P-Traps. Existing wall hung lavatories to be removed and replaced. Provide new faucet controls, quarter turn shut-off valves, and supplies. o Remove and replace existing ceramic tile flooring with new 12x24 porcelain tile. o Remove existing wood chair rail and ceramic tile wainscot, including substrate down to suds. Provide new painted wood chair rail with new painted PVC wall case and FRP wainscot. o Replace all existing bathroom accessories and provide new toilet paper holder, towel bars, robe hook and medicine cabinet. o Remove existing vanity light fixture and provide new light fixture. o Remove existing bath exhaust fan and provide new bath exhaust fan, to be wired with new vanity light fixture and new timer switch. o Provide new GFCI receptacle next to new timer switch. o Repaint all drywall walls and ceilings. o All other work as shown on drawings, in Project Manual and as required by codes and the authority having jurisdiction.
