The work generally includes well clean and video for three (3) deep Denver Basin wells, install owner- furnished submersible pump, seal and motor at four (4) deep Denver Basin wells, and furnish and install downhole equipment including, but not limited to motor shroud, column pipe, check valve, PVC tubing, level transducer, and air lines at the four (4) deep Denver Basin wells. The Bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment and bond to the District. The Performance and Payment bond shall be furnished in the amount of no less than one-half of the total amount payable, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that proposal or combination of proposals, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment, will under all circumstances best serve the Districts interest. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following items and all work incidental thereto not specifically listed below. 1. Clean and video Wells A-8, WA-1B, and SA-1 per the enclosed specifications. 2. Install owner-furnished submersible pump, seal and motor at each well site per the specifications. 3. Furnish and install downhole equipment including, but not limited to motor shroud, motor downhole power cable, column pipe, check valves, PVC tubing, level transducer, and air lines per the specifications.
