Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, miscellaneous demolition, pavement and roadway median removal, pavement milling, installation of: stormwater improvements, concrete curbing, decorative street lighting and electrical systems, traffic signage, bituminous concrete sidewalks and driveways, accessible curb ramp, crosswalk and pedestrian bridge, landscape cap area and soil management, landscaping including trees, site amenities such as benches and bike racks, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work of this contract.
