Marlow Heights Community Center is located on a 6.21-acre property comprised of one parcel located at 2800 Saint Clair Drive in Temple Hills, Maryland. It is owned by The M-NCPPC. The site includes two buildings with a total of 12,500 square feet that are connected by a canopy, with parking, picnic areas, two tennis courts, a playground area, a large storage shed, and a variety of mature trees. The property is bounded by single-family residences to the west, 28th Avenue to the southwest, multi-family apartments to the north and northwest, and Saint Clair Drive to the east and south. Across Saint Clair Drive to the east is commercial retail including the Marlow Heights Shopping Center. The property can be found in the ADC Map Book, page 5649, grid J7. The tax account number is 06- 0561258. The property is identified as Parcel 4 within Tax Map 88, Grid B2 as indicated in the Deed Liber 2165, Folio 469 and as shown on Plat A-6987. The site is zoned R-35; is part of
Sub- region 7; Planning Area 76A; It is included in the Branch Avenue Corridor Sector Plan and Sectional Map Masterplan.
