This bid is subject to Connecticut Prevailing Wage requirements. Bidders are responsible for confirming, and will be held responsible for, satifisfying their need for existing conditions information. The City of West Haven Reserves the Right to Accept Any or All the Options, Bids or Proposals; to Waive Any Technicality in a Bid or Part Thereof Submitted, and to Accept the Bid Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the City of West Haven Bids shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
