Project Number #23-200-35 Roof Repair, to include: cleaning, preparation of various roof(s) for the project, and performing work as described herein. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or Proposal bond, with a properly executed Power of Attorney attached, in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the proposal payable without condition to the Yuma County Jail District Board of Directors. LOCATION OF WORK: The work site is located at the Yuma County Adult Detention Facility located at 200 W. Court Street, Yuma, Arizona, 85364. A background check will be required for any person participating in a site tour or working in facilities and/or properties. The background forms can be requested via email from the Project Manager at Steve.Mendoza@ycso.yumacountyaz.gov. Completed forms MUST be submitted and all persons expected to be participating in a site tour and/or working at the facility MUST pass their background check prior to reporting to the site. Background form MUST be submitted no later than Tuesday, February 13, by 10am, (local time). ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: March 2024. ANTICIPATED PROJECT COMPLETION DATE: Contractor must fully complete the requirements of the contract within forty-two (42) calendar days from the date materials are delivered. Should Contractors have any questions regarding this project, they must be submitted to R.E. (Steve) Mendoza, Project Manager via e-mail to Steve.Mendoza@ycso.yumacountyaz.gov. Contractors should reference the project number in the subject of the email. Questions should be submitted by Wednesday, February 21, at 12 noon (local time). Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Yuma County Jail District, however, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any or all irregularities in any proposal.
