Renovation of a detention facility in Yuma, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Make the necessary exterior repairs at the Adult Detention Center and paint as indicated in the Thompson Design Architects drawings and perform work as described herein. A background check will be required on all personnel entering the facility and/or properties as indicated on page 11, section H. Yuma County Jail District encourages the use of local, minority, and/or women-owned businesses. Question Deadline 01/05/2024 at 12:00 PM MT Should Contractors have any questions regarding this project, they must be submitted to R.E. (Steve) Mendoza, Project Manager via e-mail to Steve.Mendoza@ycso.yumacountyaz.gov. Contractors should reference the project number in the subject of the email. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: February 2024 Contractor must fully complete the requirements of the contract within Ninety (90) calendar days from the date materials is delivered. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Proposal bond, with a properly executed Power of Attorney attached, in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) Upon receipt of notice of the acceptance of this Proposal, we will execute the formal contract attached within ten (10) days, and will deliver a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond for the faithful performance of this Contract, together with a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance.
