Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
**60% Set**For Budget Pricing Purposes Only for Now** The scope of the proposed Project includes the following: A. The Work will include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials to furnish, install, and construct improvements associated with the water treatment plant expansion which includes a building expansion, raw water pump station, compliance filtration, clearwell modifications, onsite chlorine generation system, chemical feed systems, and associated site piping at the WTP site. The WTP Expansion Project includes, but is not limited to, installation of all electrical, HVAC, process piping, and site work associated with the expansion. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informality or technicality, and to accept any Proposal which it deems advantageous. All Proposals shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the Notice of Award(s).
