Colorado Springs Utilities ("Utilities"), on behalf of the Aurora-Colorado Springs Joint Water Authority, is requesting proposals from qualified Respondents with demonstrated experience in large diameter steel pipeline projects which included valve installation and valve vault construction. The Project consists of installing a new raw water 66-inch butterfly valve and vault to isolate the Otero Intake Pipeline Extension, located just east of Twin Lakes Dam.
