A completed bid tab incorporating all submittals and the successful contractors will be posted to the solicitation advertisement on the Illinois Public Higher Education Procurement Bulletin www.procure.stateuniv.state.il.us when the review process is complete. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Illinois State University (ISU) is seeking professional architecture, food service, specialty design, interior design, and engineering services from firms who have experience in designing food venues for higher education environments. The ISU Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts (WKCFA) is currently in design for a major renovation and addition project. That project includes the replacement of our Centennial West facility. The scope of this project involves the creation of a food service venue within the new Centennial West replacement facility. This will replace the current WKCFA Airport Lounge. This advertisement is directed to Architectural firm coordinated teams needed to complete the design and construction documents for public bidding including construction documents, specifications, bid services and construction administration services. Needed services and brief scope of work include: Architectural, Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, Food Service, and Landscape Design. It is expected that a single team comprised of these disciplines will be assembled to provide the referenced services. This bulletin is the only official source of documents for this bid. Clarifications or modifications to specifications will be posted via addendum.
