Illinois State University (ISU) is seeking professional landscape architectural (prime) consulting services from teams who have experience in higher education landscape master plans, landscape assessment and design for campuses, grounds and facilities, transportation, and parking. ISU will award up to three teams one year retainer agreements with three one-year optional extensions for each discipline for an indefinite number of projects, if any, for the duration of the agreement. Scope and fee negotiation will be on a per project basis. If agreement is not reached, ISU reserves the right to negotiate with another selected team. Work orders will be issued for each project. Services are focused on projects with design fees from $20,000 to $250,000. Work is not guaranteed to be awarded for the duration of the agreement.
