Renovation of an educational facility in Galveston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractor to provide services for the construction, installation and maintenance of security gates and software (for the operation of the gates) within the TDCJ Hospital. Contractor will remove or reposition existing gates and install new gates and software on eight (8) floors. Contractor to provide a ten (10) year warranty on gates, monitoring software and installation craftsmanship. An acceptable Surety Proposal Bond to The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total proposal, including consideration of alternates, must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Respondent will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds in forms provided as outlined in the RFP Documents. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required upon award of Contract UTMB reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
