SPLFRC Rooftop Unit Replacement Fayetteville, North Carolina. The work to be performed under this project consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for: Replacement of (2) 50/60 ton Packaged VAV Rooftop Units and integration of units into existing controls system The time for completion of the work including clean-up, under this contract shall be 90 calendar days from the date specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" to the Contractor(s). A bid bond is required for this project. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The bidder to whom the contract may be awarded must comply with the requirements of G.S. Section 143-131, as amended.
