As of June 2024, construction is underway. The Dallas Independent School District ("District") is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("CSP") from qualified sources relative to the provision of the following request For Competitive Sealed Proposals ("CSP"). This procurement will be managed under the Dallas ISD Construction Services department. All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP . No further information will be officially released until after the date the Agenda is publicized for the Board of Trustees briefing. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, proposals, CSPs or statements of qualification and to waive technicalities. Perform mild detergent medium pressure wash on stained or mildewed facade 14. Extend 3 downspouts 5-foot past building edge *(in roof scope)* 15. Regrade area to drain away from building corner 16. Add fill and regrade area adjacent to west side of building to provide positive drainage 17. Renovate and expand cafeteria into adjacent classroom and office (include new finishes, acoustical treatment, lighting, sound systems, etc.) 18. Renovate and expand kitchen and expand into existing cafeteria (includes kitchen equipment, finishes and MEP upgrade) 19. Replace waste and waste piping *(replace grease trap)* The district's aspirational M/WBE goal is 30% for goods, services, and construction contracts. The district's aspirational M/WBE goal for bond funded professional service contracts is 35%. The district may assign a contract specific M/WBE goal in lieu of the aspirational goal.
