Make two 4" cores; one inside MH-06 and the other at the Hut. Place one 12"x18" pullbox at Hut Bldg and turn up new conduit into it. Use existing conduit from MH-06 to CUP building and install a 24SM I/O Fiber Optic Cable connecting the two locations. Install fusion splice at both locations.
