St. Louis County Project No. AR-1718, Federal Project No. STP-5558(610), consists of the removal and replacement of deteriorated and/or damaged pavement, pavement surfacing and texturing, Superpave asphaltic concrete overlay, removal and replacement of sidewalk curb ramps, construction of new curbs, sidewalks, and retaining walls, construction of new storm sewers, replacement of guardrail, installation of traffic signal equipment, and other incidental items on McKelvey Road from Glenpark Drive to Creve Coeur Mill Road within St. Louis County. Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on a public works project shall provide a ten (10) hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project.
