Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
From qualified firms interested in contract ing with the City to provide demolition services for the removal and clean-up of 11511 Dorsett Road. The building and site is illustrated on the aerial map attached to this document. Please contact Jim Carver, Director of Economic Development at jcarver@marylandheights.com or 314-738-2203 for more information if needed. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or to choose no firm. The successful firm will be required to meet standard City insurance requirements for Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto Liability, and Workers Compensation. All insurance coverage must be written by companies that are licensed or approved by the State of Missouri. The City shall be named as additional insured and certificates of insurance shall be submitted prior to commencing work. Demolition prices should be guaranteed for at least 90 days from date of submission - please reference in proposal. The contractor shall meet all insurance requirements outlined in the attached contract document.
