Demolition, site work and remodeling of an educational facility in Delaware, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the remodel of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
A Bid Guaranty must be submitted with each bid, pursuant to the requirements of O.R.C. 153.54. General Contractor - estimated at $31,874,900.00 Bid award shall be to the lowest and best bidder as determined by Delaware County. Delaware County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any defect in any or all bids. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of the bidder and all interested parties. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after being publicly opened and read. UNIT PRICE #1 - Site: Jetting & Re-scoping of exterior sanitary sewer pipes. Include unit price amount - General Contractor (above). Assume 1100 LF pipes UNIT PRICE #2 - Site: Replacement of exterior Sanitary sewer pipes (per LF). Include unit price amount - General Contractor (above). Assume 300 LF of 6" pipe with max depth at 6.6' and 830 LF 8" pipe with max depth at 8.5': UNIT PRICE #3 - DACC: Jetting & Re-scoping of interior under slab sanitary sewer pipes. Include unit price amount - General Contractor (above). Assume 4000 LF pipes: UNIT PRICE #5 - DACC: Replacement of interior Sanitary sewer pipes and new concrete flooring. Assume 100 SF concrete each instance. Assume either 5", 4", 3", or 2" diameter pipes with 8' maximum depth and 50" minimum depth
