Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in The Blue Mountains, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project site is the West Pier of the Thornbury Harbour. The work consists of, but not limited to, the following: - Demolition and removal of existing concrete deck, beacon base and sidewalk. - Demolition and removal of existing concrete boat launch (provisional). - Construction of a new concrete deck and sidewalk, including sheet pile cap. - Installation of new curb rail and safety ladders including grab bars. - Removal and replacement of existing electrical lines and junction boxes Documents and addenda can be obtained at: https://thebluemountains.bidsandtenders.ca *Award is subject to final approval.
